Eating healthy to improve your eyesight

Having bad eyes is something that some people cannot avoid as it is passed down through the genes. Others get it from the job they do like people that work in I.T for example that sit in front of a PC all day with these harmful monitor rays flowing into their eyes all the time. With various eye problems like cataracts and I suspect more on the rise in the next few years I would like to suggest some stuff that might help your eyesight in the future.

Spinach should be top of the list on things you want to eat. At first when looking at it you might not like the way it looks and maybe even not the way it tastes but there is lots of things you can do with spinach. There are various ingredients that you can add to spinach to make it taste much better. Making a spinach salad is something that I do a lot and use lots of different salad dressings to make up a world of flavors.

Eating certain fruit will also help your eyesight greatly. Try apricots out and see if you like it. Wait I am kidding, everybody loves apricots and you will like them instantly as well. Another fruit you could eat on a regular basis is blueberries. I personally love blueberries and its probably on the list of some of my favorite fruits.
